Tahko Ski Lift Pitch is much more than just the competition.
A crazy idea of a Savonian elevator pitch evolved in the hands of the regional chamber of commerce and the most talented minds of the area into a pitching competition in a ski lift. This linguistically diverse nation won’t settle for an ordinary lift ride – we want to reach the top by challenging ourselves and the others. There is no escaping the pitch when you are in a ski lift.
According to a Finnish stereotype, when a Savonian person speaks it is the listener’s responsibility to understand the message – which is no different in here! During the lift ride, the investor who listens to the pitch can take your business right uphill. Even if you don’t get seated next to the investor you hoped for, there’s a chance to meet them later during the day program.
